On Saturday Sept 8th Annette held an afternoon tea and tour of her beautiful garden to raise money for Association Solidarité Coutances – Rwanda.
The weather was very kind to us and we basked in some much wanted sunshine whilst admiring Annette’s flower-filled garden, eating delicious home made cakes and scones and quenching our thirst with hot and cold drinks.
There were also some home made preserves on sale which people certainly seemed to snap up!
Despite some competition from the open day at Les Unelles, Annette raised over €150 for the cause which the association received with delight. A great effort all round.
